Rajesh Shah is Head of Technical Data and Architecture at BetaNXT, leading the development and implementation of the cloud strategy and data driven platforms. He has a proven track record of nurturing cross-functional partnerships and cultivating a culture of innovation. He holds multiple patents for pioneering platform and framework innovations. His expertise leveraging technologies such as OCR, text-mining, and machine learning will help streamline BetaNXT’s front-, middle-, and back-office processes to improve our client experiences.
Most recently, Rajesh served as the CIO for Consumer Lending at Citizens Bank. During his tenure, he successfully introduced and pivoted the technology strategy to adopt agile, cloud, DevSecOps, and robotics helping to tap operational and reengineering efficiencies. He championed reusable data driven platforms to drive competitive differentiation across the lending products for Citizens Bank. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in diverse global organizations like American Express and IPC Systems.
